Celebrating the richness and diversity in m-Content

Under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan

The Gala Celebration is the highlight of the entire WSA-mobile process in 2010 and a unique ceremony to honour excellence in m-Content and innovative application creation. It took place in the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), one of the most modern Exhibition Centres of the world.
 

The five winning teams of each of the 8 categories came to Abu Dhabi from all over the world to receive their awards. Their certificate and trophy was handed out to them by highest level representatives of government, the private sector and the United Nations. The Gala was orchestrated as a two hour show, with music and multimedia elements.
 

By bringing together business, government and civil society, the WSA mobile supports the creation of synergies between suppliers and users of communications applications and assists in connecting practical applications and innovative ideas.
