James Corbin has over 25 years executive, technical, project and program management experience across the Caribbean in Telecommunications, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Media with particular emphasis in Information Communication Technology, process re-engineering, directory publishing and general management. Holding a MSc in Information Technology from Long Island University, USA he is currently Executive Vice President of a multinational media company headquartered in Bermuda with businesses in the Caribbean, USA, South and Central America after previous professional involvements in Jamaica Yellow Pages, the University of the West Indies and Cable & Wireless West Indies Ltd.

Cid Torquato holds a degree in Law from the University of Sao Paulo, with specialization in International Affairs. He acted as Executive Director of the Brazilian Chamber of e-Commerce, which he co-founded in 2001. Prior to that, he worked for the Federal e-Government Committee of Brazil, at the Ministry of Planning, where managed the main public Internet portals. Previously, he held positions as Regional New Business Executive for Lowe & Partners, Latin America, and as Corporate Communications and Marketing Director for StarMedia Network. As a consultant, specialized in digital economy, worked with national and international institutions, such as SEBRAE, APEX, Softex, BIRD, IADB, Unctad, MERCOSUL and others, besides editing three books of articles, collaborating as source and columnist for various publications, presenting radio programs at Eldorado and CBN, as well as participating as speaker in events in Brazil and abroad. Currently, Torquato works as Institutional Relations Coordinator at the Sao Paulo State Secretariat for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and blogs at www.torquato.org.

Alfredo Roldan, plastic artist, founder and director PARQUESOFT national network. With more than 15 years experience in the software industry in India, he develops exploration opportunities within and outside the country, recognizing opportunities for technology Colombian. ParqueSoft national initiative with a presence in 16 cities in Colombia and more than 1300 people in 344 production initiatives technology, and digital art. Alfredo Roldan directs the initiative of internationalization, has represented the organization in many national and international events. ParqueSoft has received numerous awards and decorations for his variety of development.
