Together with other WSA-mobile awardees they demonstrate the potential of quality content for smartphones, tablets and other portable devices. In 2012 WSA-mobile, supported by key partner Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC), starts its second edition with an exclamation mark.

It was important to highlight that the digital divide meant not only an access divide in remote regions. With the content gap the richness and diversity of electronic products was at stake.
